I thought about it years ago but I guess these days my thumb is used to it. Good luck with it.

Watch out for bump steer it might make you grab a handful. A buddy I race with that's all he uses. He can't ride with a thumb throttle to save his life, but me if I had a twist throttle I'd wad mine up in a tree cranking on the bars.

I like hand throttles over thumb throttles. I had a half twist throttle on one years ago and it worked well once I got used to it.
