Im new to hunting Tennessee, hunted North Georgia all my life so my question is If I want to hunt Archery only all Deer season Do I still have to purchase a Muzzleloader and Rifle license to cover me through those seasons. I am asking Because I have been told that I do not have to by friends But while I was purchasing my Archery license at W-mart I was told I had to buy all of them to carry me through to be legal to hunt all seasons with just a bow. P.S. new to forum have read lots of helpful Info so far

Besides the basic hunting license (Type 001) you only need the permit for the weapon you are using so an archery permit would be sufficient. One thing thing to keep in mind though is that you'd need a Type 94 to take does during the gun season.
