Don't know what a tower brings per month on rent, but a few years ago a billboard co a billboard on my dads property for 1500 a month

Do it and laugh when he gets' the check. I would let them fill my back yard with them if they wanted. My buddy let an oil company do a test drill on his family land in Texas and they came back and said we want to drill and we will send you a check each month. Turns out his first check came yesterday $38,000. Wish they would strike oil in my yard.

From what I was told evertime they hang a new dish on the tower the rent goes up. I wish they would put one in my back yard.

My gun club in MI leased a portion of land for a Verizon tower and I think the club gets around $2000 a month...so, if it isn't going to be too big of an eyesore and you aren't going to have Verizon workers encroaching on your land all the time I'd do it. Oh, they also, graded and gravel the entire road going into the club and now maintain that also..

I meant to say 1000sq ft and wont be a eye sore, its wooded in big timber so it wont even be visible from the house. I guess it sounds like a no-brainer...
