Wow! No, I've not tried it. But it is worth an experiment!!! My first thought at a particular song would be the one thta Any DuFrain played at Shawshank prison on that old phonograph. Some type of Italian female opera singer. Bit it sounded good. If nothing else, a coyote might come up to hear it.

I've had them walk up while I was building a shed, a fence and back in the old days, while building a tree stand. I guess it's their curiosity of the out of place noises.

I know one fella that will take a transistor radio out to the woods, put it downrange from his stand, and turn it to an AM frequency with no station to generate white noise/static at a very low volume. He said you'd be amazed how many animals will come check it out.
I've wanted to try it, but my hunting days are limited and I don't want to take a chance ruining my chances if it has the opposite effect.

My doctor does not want me to hunt this year, but I do plan to try this next year as I will be retired and have plenty of time to hunt.

I've seen them come running at the sound of chainsaw on numerous occasions.

Would be an interesting experiment. I know I've had them come to the field while we were doing work with the tractor and they just stand there watching you ride back and forth. Especially when plowing up the garden or food plots.
As another note of interest...I know several folks that smoke that swear the deer come to the smell of their cigerrates. I have heard this from several people that would try to not smoke while on the stand...then not be able to stand it anymore and light one up...only to have to put it down in order to shoot a deer that came in out of no where, soon after lighting one up.

I have them come to my truck when i got it stuck the mud and I was spinning the tires. I even got out and they just looked at me like, what? My uncle smokes cigars in the stand and swears it draws them in.

Back in the 80's a boy I hunted with smoked,, he said the deer would smell the smoke , get curious and come over to see what was burning.. I do know that bush hogs will make them come out.. as well as it does coyotes also..
