Its a beast no matter how far he is behing it....you're not going to see many 160+" 8 points...This buck will net in the 160's as a 8pt.

A net score is nothing but a bunch of recycled pasture. The only score that matters is the gross and that doesn't matter to me other than as a way of denoting antler size.
That guy can stand two miles behind that deer and it is still one help of a deer.

I saw an eight point that came from Wilson county last year that was around 160 at the taxidermist. It was shot from the ground during bow at around ten yards. Wilson county seems to be growing some good deer.
