Venison tenderloin was Teriyaki marinated for 1 hour then sprinkled with Coriander and a dash of Cajun spice.
Brown some fresh garlic in pan with mixture of olive oil/ canola oil and white wine. Add meat and sear on each side for 30 seconds.
Place the meat on a Broil pan or rack then skewer turkey pepperoni with a tooth pic and drizzle with garlic/sauce from skillet.
Bake @ 375 for 10-15 min then broil for 5 or until slightly blackened.
Dip in Sriracha sauce and enjoy. Bite a lime to tame the heat.
If you want something different give it a try.

Interesting. I like the lime to meat ratio, too. Looks fun.

Thats sounds good! I marinate tenderlions in dales, wrap in bacon, and broil. Turning it until bacon is all done. Then slice and eat with horseradish dipping sauce. Gonna have to try your recipe.

sounds pretty good. I like cajun seasoning and sriracha sauce, and limes, so I bet it's delicious
