I am a huge rage fan but have been hearing great things about swacker. Is one truly better than the other? which has the most disadvantages?

Swhackers are more durable than the Rage,but both will do the job. I personally like the swhackers.

i'll go with rage, much larger entry holes. A very big plus when you dont get a pass through.

I have used Rage several times. I am now a huge fan of the KillZone Broad head. Does the same as Rage, but no O ring to fool with !

I've kill a lot of deer with the 2 blade rage and loved them til I started using swhackers! The swhackers do just as much damage but are MUCH more durable and you don't have to worry about the blades deploying early with the swhackers.

I fell into the rage trend....i liked them at first but now after losing 2 deer last year I can't wait until I go through these broadheads Swackers are next on my list

Never shot swacker, but the killzone look mean and getting good reviews. Rage has always got the job done but im open minded bout new heads.

After losing 2 turkey and a deer with Rage last year I switched to Swhackers and have never had anything make it out of sight. Awesome head in my opinion. With that being said one of my best friends loves Rage.

Swhacker! Search this forum. I posted review with pics. Never used rage but the swhackers did the job. I read lots of reviews and the rage can open in flight which could make you miss your mark.

I've killed a lot of deer with both and at ranges from 10 yards to 62 yards. I like the swhackers for a few different reasons!

i shoot a 2 blade 100 grain rage switched from 3 blade 100 grain rage have killed anything with 2 blade yet but the 3 blade done alot of damage my dad said a 30-06 dont do that kind of damage and it was a clean pass thru!

in another forum called crossbow nation tmany have issues with the swhacker when the mian blades deploy the wing blade cut your shaft on a pretty good hit and can cut your carbon shafts. that was addressed with the mfg. they are aware of the problem i still use the chisel tip three blade rage and grim reapers. they don't reach you shaft.

I shoot the two blade rage. Shot a doe yesterday in the heart. I found out today from the guy that processes my deer that the rage entered the doe's leg above the knee and broke the leg bone completely. I knew I heard a loud pop but didn't look at her leg since I had a long drag ahead of me. Five years with the rage without a problem. I'll keep shooting them.

Rage three blade for me 100 gr. Used the same same broadhead to see the life I could get out it. Shot three deer with the same one, still wouldn't care to shoot another. Blades are bent up a little but still performed. As stated earlier, when it goes thru the lung cavity, I don't care if 1,2 or 3 blades deploy, its going down.
