I had a problem with my first one. Called customer service and they sent me a new one. It takes great daytime pics, ok night time pics. The battery life is really good also.

Thanks, I read a lot of reviews before purchasing, but it's always nice to hear from someone with personal experience.

Are you referring to the Ultra 35 or the regular Primos 35? Either way, I own them both. The regular 35 takes very nice pictures. It is one of my favorite cameras, but battery life isn't great. The Ultra 35 takes ok pictures but the battery life is very good. Their customer service has been excellent. I have had to contact them twice over the years and got great service.

I have the Primos 35 and I love it. I'm with Redhunter, my battery life is phenomenal. I put it out about 2 months before season started with old batteries (they were at ~70%) and they are still at 50% after taking over 1k+ pictures.

I havent had any white outs or anything like that. The only thing is some times it does the infra red type picture during the day - which I find weird.. but I really have no complaints.

They are cheaper on Amazon with free shipping (and no taxes). I will definitely be getting one or two more.

I have the Ultra, got it at Walmart for $79.99 also. Saw the same one earlier that day at Bass Pro for $99.99...as much as I don't care for Wallyworld...$20 is $20! lol
