how can this not violate twra safe boating laws. this is in the french broad river near sevierville. when they turn into to the little pigeon they cut around a blind curve.

I dont really see anything wrong with it other than they arent wearing PFD's. Although they are not required to wear them. What they are doing is no different than what jet skis do every day. And I dont think I saw any other boats near them.

A jetski or waverunner is one thing to be doing like that..... a full size boat full of people is another.... especially since they aren't wearing any pfd's.

While there is some questionable operation in the video, I, personally, saw nothing that would reach the level of reckless operation. JMO

It's a jet boat, they are built to do just that.
Look up shot over jet in New Zealand on youtube. They do the same maneuvers in whitewater between canyon walls.
Not my cup of tea though. And yes I personally would be wearing a PFD.

This company's boats were shut down for a while by the Coast Guard. I'm not sure if they are back in the boating business yet.
