On our lease we had winter wheat, oats, rye, and a couple other things I don't remember. At my house I planted winter wheat and a little bit of oats just for fun.

Durana clover + winter wheat as a nurse crop. I try to add a little more acreage in a perennial clover every year.

I have two plots of Imperial clover/chicory that was planted last fall, and this year I tried a small plot of PT turnips/Dwarf Essex Rape. I got it in the ground the week before we got all the residual rain from Hurricane Ivan, so it came up pretty strong

I myself just got a home mix planted that I use of Oats, Winter peas and Winter Wheat. Literally got the last seeds finished up just as the rain started falling. Hoping it turns out good. I know lots of people use clover but just curious what all types of different things you guys use.
One of the best mixtures out there................
