Looks good. Is it me or does the scope seem to be canted just a touch. 100 yds shots seem to be a touch to the right and 200 yd shots are a touch to the left. Could be, I'm not a competition shooter by any means, I'm more into killing deer. It's well within the kill zone and just can't say enough about what the hornady ammo turns a lever gun into!

Thats why I said "Looks good.". I was not trying to imply that you should change anything. For your application, It looks good, great even. You realize the limitation of your rifle and are keeping shots to 200 yds and closer and the canting isn't going to affect your shots enough to increase the possibility of wounding an animal. If it were a flat shooter that you were going to take out west and take 350 plus yard shots at big game, I would feel the need to fix it. I just found your picture to be interesting because it is a good example of the affects of a canted scope. You don't really realize it until you see it.

You did not come off as offensive. Apparently, what I wrote initially was interpreted as a criticism which it was not intented. I have scopes on a muzzle loader and a shotgun which are canted. It does not matter because I do not push them to a point where it would matter. I have never taken a target and shot it at one range and then backed up the same target to another to actually visually see the canting. I have been trying to get into more long range shooting in hopes of going out west for a hunt someday and the first thing I had to do was to fix the canting so I take notice of these things.
