I grew up in Texas and do not understand the thought behind having a season for bobcats or any other predator for that manner. Can you explain why bobcat hunting is regulated?

Wish they would make it legal to take at least one during archery only season. Don't think that would wipe them out.

They are indigenous, yotes are not. I coulda shot one Sunday AM if they had been in season, but I have no need for another bobcat pelt.

Exactly what I was gonna say, Bobcats are a native predator, coyotes are not, which is why season is open year round on them

Thank god for mother nature and the TWRA. Glad you guys are keeping your finger on the pulse of our game in Tennessee. Don't agree with the liberal deer hunting laws but your decision not ours.
