License photo question?

I have a photo of my sportsman license on my cell phone-it is very legible and can be zoomed to even larger. Is this acceptable as proof of licensure? I don't like to carry my wallet everywhere in rough areas or bad weather but have my phone everywhere I go. PH

An officer might accept it, but IMO it does not meet the legal requirements of the statute.

That would be because I could have the paper license, correct?
TCA 70-2-101 requires the license to be on the person while hunting, chasing, trapping, or fishing.

Will a copy work? The reason I ask is I keep a copy of all my kids lisc with me Just in case they forget it. Now if checked I would love for the GW to give them a lecture about personal responsibility but still like to be legal so I keep a copy.
