Hey guys im looking for a great load to try out of my TC Omega.. Has anyone used Barnes 275 gr xtp pistol bulllet (44 casull) in combination with BH209..A buddy of mine used them with White Hots and was able to get 1 inch groups at 100 yards but he says the white hots seem to absorb moisture after about 3 days of hunting. Im going to the range here soon any help would be awesome thanks in advance

Never heard of a 44 Casull, heard of 454 Casull. Try starting at 90 grs. og BH209 and work up to 110. Stop going up as soon as your groups start to open up. The Omega should really like that load.

Pistol bulleta are designed to open at low velocity , premium mz bullets with BH209 will give you great groups with a devastating wound chanel.

Not to hijack the thread, but is there any place local to Nashville to get the Barnes t-ez? I tried basspro with no luck.

Midway USA's website has them on sale thru Sunday for $5 off the regular price but they are backordered til October 8th. That's an excellent buy. Or you might try Grafs & Sons website. They offer flat rate shipping. And its fast. Or Mid South Shooter's Supply in Clarksville carries them.
