Looks like a cull buck to me. He doesn't have a G1 on his left side but all that mass and points. His right side has a G1 and a beam, oh yeah he's a cull buck for sure.

Probably a past or present body injury. A pedicle injury usually causes a very bizarre rack to grow, body injuries usually cause underdevelopment of one antler.
There's no such thing as a cull buck.
