SCN please answer this question for me please where me and my buddies will quit fussing over it.
i have been told that i have to wear fluorescent orange during bow season from a prior Game warden.
Now this is where we started fussing about it. i told my buddies that they have to have fluorescent orange on while bow hunting is this correct or am i wrong?
I been told by a prior game warden that quit and went to a other job for better money i guess.

It depends on the season.
During the ARCHERY ONLY deer season it IS NOT required.
If would be required if you are using archery equipment during the muzzleloader/archery season or the gun/muzzleloader/archery season.

oh ok when did it change? i know he been telling me this for about 6 years until he quit for a better paying job

We have never been required to wear orange in Archery only season.

The only exception I can think of is if it was on a WMA that also had some sort of gun hunt active on the grounds. I wondered about this possibility on a nearby WMA that is listed as open for archery deer hunting, but will also host a dove hunt.

If a firearm big game (except turkey) season is open, all big game hunters are required to wear blaze orange within the boundaries of the big game firearms hunt.
