I'm a Lifetime Sportsman License holder, and I use to receive a copy of Tennessee Wildlife Magazine every few months when it came out, but I haven't received a copy in a couple of years. Does the TWRA still send them to Lifetime Licenses holders? And if so, what do I need to do to get back on the mailing list?
