If my memory is correct from this being asked before.... If she assists you in any way... carrying pack, stand, dragging deer, or gun, then she will need a license.... If she ONLY sits and observes you then she will not need a license.

She does not need a license to just sit and watch. However, if she assists in any way, such as calling, she would require a license.
