I only deer hunt on my farm.. I never buy a deer tag.. If I get checked of course im on my farm.. but.. if I have permission to hunt the farm that borders mine.. and I shoot a deer from my stand across the fence.. am I still hunting on my farm? thanks!

No. You are not hunting on your farm with that shot and would need the proper licenses.
