To talk to about starting a program, where in partnership with landowners, they birn off parcels off land to help control ticks. When things use to burn off every few years ticks were not near as thick. I dunno if its possible so dont bash. Just wandering

The most likely place to start is the TN Dept. of Public Health. They would also have to get the TN Dept. of Agriculture involved.
