If a person purchase crappie in MO. (legal to sell crappie), is it still illlegal to bring them back to TN?

I am not TWRA, but I did look up the regulations in Missouri and found that only commercial fisherman can sell fish. Furthermore, I found the following paragraph in the Missouri code.
" the possession of game fish while in the act of using commercial fishing gear or aboard a boat transporting fish taken by commercial fishing gear is prohibited". With that said, how can they legally sell crappie? Are crappie not game fish?

If the sale is legal there is no violation.
There may be a difference in their laws concerning the sale of sport caught fish and commercially taken fish. It probably would be worth checking on before a purchase.
