Talking with someone I know well. Carbon express is no longer making redhead arrows.
Gold tip is the new redhead arrow and when I say Goldtip I ain't talking about the good ones! From what I here they are not consistant on weight or diameter now.

I did however find some old carbon express redheads! They have the maxima form and I got a dozen for $90 bucks!

Thats right however the carbon furys are nowhere near the maximas. They were close to the specs of the piledriver.

The Max2 is the exact same shaft as the Maxima. Which for that price is what Big J got. I have not seen any issues out of the new Gold Tip arrows. If you buy the $60 dozen then they aren't going to be great but the higher end Redheads are the exact same shafts as the higher end Gold Tips.
