I was posting a new piece of property that I have written permission to hunt this weekend when a guy stopped and started talking to me about the property. He said that he did not care if it was posted and that he would hunt it anyway and that they use dogs to hunt it. I also caught a different guy on my trail camera that was squirrel hunting (prior to it being posted). How should I handle the situation? Should I leave it alone until something happens or be proactive to stop an issue before it happens? I am really worried about my stands and cameras getting vandalized. I don't know what to do. Also, the guy told me his name and where he lived.

I suspect the first thing you will need to do is discuss the situation with the actual landowner. He/she is going to have to be willing to go to court for successful prosecution of the case. There may be some legal mechanism through a lease agreement or something to that effect where you could be the main affiant.
I would suggest getting in touch with the county Wildlife Officer about the dog hunting unless you/he were talking about legal coon hunting. Contact with the officer should speed things along if you do have to call in a hurry.
