It's basically the Sunni's that are fleeing Syria as well. I think the number of refugees so far was at 240,000 last I heard. The Islamic Brotherhood is Shia.
The militant Shias are slowing taking hold of all of the middle east. And Barack Hussein Obama supports the Islamic Brotherhood and has already given them Billions of our tax dollars.
