This was actually the 2nd band off the field yesterday and my buddy killed another banded one on monday. 2 yrs ago his brother killed a banded one on this same field.

I'm not a dove hunter so what exactly does this meen ?? didnt even know they banded doves.

I've heard of more dove bands being killed this year than every other year I can remember combined. I killed one opening day in SE Missouri that was banded in July about 2 miles from the field I was hunting. Congrats Spitdrum. Did you report it on the reportband.gov site?

Congrats! All the banded ones must be in east TN. My buddy emailed a pic of one he killed in Rhea county. I've never seen one other than a pic.
