To those democrats who are embarrassed by the direction their party has taken: find a new home. You don't have to go over the cliff with them. Like Clint said if they're not doing the job it is OK to fire them.

I wish it was that easy, Tim. Most have more vested interest in party than God.
I was a democrat. Voted for Clinton and yes, even Gore. However, the crowd that I was hanging with at the time didn't think I was lefty enough for them (I was pro-death penalty, pro-child, pro-gun) so they tried a loose intervention with me to tell me how wrong I was. That and the alcohol involved set me off and, well I won't go into much detail but on the drive home I became a Republican and months later a Michael Savage conservative.
See, I didn't fit "their" mold so I wasn't good enough.

Pic, this time the choice should be easy. I predict that if Obama loses the dems will have a major bloodletting fight over the direction their party has taken. We are already seeing signs of it as major unions are not funding Obama directly. Jewish and catholic leaders are opposing the radicals and even blacks aren't happy about gay mariage. The worst thing the repubs could do is screw it up, and they have a history of doing just that.
