leftover permit question

Is there anyway to go back and reprint permit. I got a permit for my son and myself. Mine printed fine but his printed blank. Who do I need to talk to, to get permit. I thought there was a way to reprint, but its not showing up on his info. All that it shows is his app for turkey season. Thanks
