Can anyone tell me if Areas 1 and 2 are going to be open for the Juvenile hunt in October?

As of now both units will be open. Unit 1 is subject to change, because of military training. I will post more when I know for sure.

No......October 6 and 7. Shotgun/muzzleloader, limit 2 deer either sex, no more than 1 antlered. Bonus deer.

Found out today that Unit 1 will be CLOSED for the Young Sportsman's Hunt.
Unit 2 will be open for the Young Sportsman's Hunt and for each of the archery hunts in October.
We are currently coodinating the Unit 1 and 2 permits for November. More news on that coming within the week.
