This field is youth only with a hunting adult. It says this on the twra leased fields in Marshal county. does it mean youth can only hunt when with a adult or does it mean its a youth only field?? sorry if it seems like a dumb question

It means it is a youth only field, and the youth must be accompanied by an adult who may also hunt.
It would not be open to adults without a youth.
