It's a shellbark, I know of several around the mid. TN area. I can tell when I am near one when I see those extra large hulls lying on the ground. the bark though is very similar to shagbark. Cracking a shellbark nut is tough though, but the nut meat tastes good like a shagbark.
Around 7 each on that website. Not bad money. I am collecting all I can
no kidding I had no idea they could sell for that much. But where do you find the buyers? I would rather eat them then go through the hassle, unless I was able to find someone who would buy them.

shell bark nuts are the biggest hickory nuts but also the hardest to crack. Use a hammer not a nutcracker. If you can pick out enough of the nut meat then you got some good eating. I got a recipe for hickory nut pie in the cooking forum
