Sounds like the typical warden, some definatelly have better people skills than others.
HA !!! just watched the vid, did seem a little camera shy dint he, maybe someone on here will tell him he's on youtube.
Were you dove hunting ??

I am sure he was just busy, and wanted to go about his business. I was actually squirrel hunting and I saw birds flying so I sat down and as soon as I shot at that bird he came out from behind those bushes.
Maybe he did not know I was there and my shot startled him. I actually forgot I had the camera on and running until I pulled it off my head and looked at it.

Got checked yesterday on private land. We are only a mile from his house and I was expecting him there anyway. Hes a good guy.

If ya think about it most peope in that line of work has been exposed to every shuck & jive routine out ther, the probably pay as much attention to someones subcontious body language as what they say.
When deal'n with the authorities, common sense tells you not to get smart & if ya get too friendly they mite think you have something to hide, besides you never know the situation they just left, I keep it cordual but businesslike unless they start some small talk.

Your actually right. Back in the day I would have never let anyone sneak up on me. Took me 8 years to finally let my guard down in public and let someone walk up behind me.
