found this video surfing youtube. You be the judge.... I say he does make it look good, but I have never tried anything like it. Wonder what the bones are like after 20 hours smoking?

I thought so too but it makes me wonder. because I have never tried it. Those were common carp, not buffalo like he said.

I think he shoulda taken them out about 10 hours ago lol. Look like they're a bit on the over-done side.
I've heard they aint bad.

lol...all the romanians i work with go nutz over carp,and that pic i posted of the big ole boy was probably from europe cause they brag about them alot i bet they could tell me about smoking some carp,i dont know if id be interested in trying it but im gonna ask them see what they say i bet the go spastic when i mention it !!
