If you are in a boat on Kentucky Lake, how far away from a dwelling do you have to be in order to be legal? I will not be shooting toward a house, but if I am on the main lake in my boat with the bank at my back, would that we legal? Read through all the regs online but i didnt find the answer.

TCA 70-4-108. You have to be at least 100 yards from a visible dwelling house when hunting on public lands and waters.
It doesn't matter what direction you are shooting.
