We eat every drop of the meat.If the hunter doesn't take it home it goes either in my frezzer or some local needy family's in this area.
Bear meat is very good if cooked properly.

Caught this guy stealing goodies out of my pigpen yesterday afternoon.Picture was taken from my daughters bedroom window at about 25 yrds.

Great pictures and healthy looking bears. I live in central Kentucky and we are just this past month started seeing bears in our area. I am very excited to maybe someday have the chance to harvest one here in Ky.
