Great idea. I was watching an Alton Brown "Good Eats" episode about stir fry, and he claimed that there is not a single home cooking appliance that can generate the BTU's required for a wok to function properly and get the good sear that a Chinese restaurant gets. His solution? Your fish fry rig. Stir fry outside on that bad boy.
