Has anyone bought and put these boots to the test??
Under Armour® Speed Freak Hunting Boots
These lightweight stalking boots are built for speed, making them ideal for warm-weather hunting. Fully contoured Micro G™ molded midsoles are practically weightless, giving you lethal quickness and ultimate step-in comfort and cushioning. Cordura® mesh nylon uppers make for exceptionally strong boots. Lightweight, waterproof pigskin overlays and GORE-TEX® linings keep feet dry. TPU toecaps protect your feet on rough terrain. Aggressive rubber outsoles with puncture protection will keep you stepping confidently on rough terrain. Molded Ortholite® footbeds with thermoplastic shanks and clips provide enhanced arch support without the weight of steel. ETC® anti-friction, moisture-wicking insoles reduce blisters and dry quickly. Did you happen to buy the UA boots? I was thinking about them also..
I tried some on in Bass Pro and they felt good. Really light weight. Just wasn't sure how much wear & tear they could take.

American made Danner's are great. The boots made in china are not very durable.

Hard to beat Danner's durability or their customer service. I had a pair of Danner's for over a year and one of them developed a small leake in the gortex liner so my feet would get a little wet when crossing creeks, etc. I sent them to danner with a check for their handling fee ($12), and a few weeks later they sent me a brand new pair of boots and returned my check. A company that stands behind their product like that always gets my vote. I don't know for sure, but I bet UA would say SOL.

Danners for me! I have always had good luck with them and have heard nothing but good things from customer service. UA I have heard good and bad.

I wanted to try the UA boots. I might still pick up pair if I find a deal. I did just get the Danner Jackal II GTX Boots myself and I have to say they are pretty dang nice. Once they break in I think they'll be some awesome early season boots!!!
