Alright, with the impending death of 100,000 squirrels tomorrow morning, what is everyone cooking for dinner on Saturday night?
My plan is to make a brine tonight and leave that in my cooler in my truck. When I come out of the woods tomorrow morning, the squirrels will go straight into the brine and then I will put them in a marinade later in the afternoon. I am doing my Southwestern Squirrel

Meh, i'll just do it the old fashion way. If they are old i'll pressure cook em for a few minuites then rollem in flour, salt and pepper and fry. Make some gravy and home made biscuits and go after them!! Your way sounds interesting though.

I'll say this: I have converted more than one old timer who was convinced that there was no way to eat squirrel (besides stews) then the boil and fry method.
