Alright, with the impending death of 100,000 squirrels tomorrow morning, what is everyone cooking for dinner on Saturday night?

My plan is to make a brine tonight and leave that in my cooler in my truck. When I come out of the woods tomorrow morning, the squirrels will go straight into the brine and then I will put them in a marinade later in the afternoon. I am doing my Southwestern Squirrel

Hopefull sunday morning we will be eating fried squirrel,fried taters,fried eggs,bisquits and gravey and anything else we can think of to fry \:D

Well, I gotta a family reunion to go to...I'm smoking some salmon caught wild in Canada. My brother left town and left his freezer unlocked. \:D

Meh, i'll just do it the old fashion way. If they are old i'll pressure cook em for a few minuites then rollem in flour, salt and pepper and fry. Make some gravy and home made biscuits and go after them!!

I'll say this: I have converted more than one old timer who was convinced that there was no way to eat squirrel (besides stews) then the boil and fry method.
