WOW... I hadn't thought about it that way.
You are an ICE agent. The president proclaims a royal edict telling you to NOT enforce the law and in fact BREAK federal law. An executive order that is NOT legal and blatantly violates the Constitution. So much so that even the average citizen can understand that something smells fishy.
What do you do?
If you follow "orders" you are breaking the law, and not upholding your sworn duty. Now YOU are a criminal in the eyes of the law. Legal penalties can and may apply. You are also derelict in your duty to your job and have grounds for termination.
If you don't follow "orders" you are subject to termination. With the dirty brutal tactics of this administration, you would likely be made an Example of...Publicly humiliated and fired.
