Why else would democratic operatives be pushing to allow felons to "legally" vote?
Same reason they want to make it easier for illegal aliens to illegally vote --- because the democrats get the lion's share of their votes. Think about this: We're required to have a photo id for most things important and many things not, yet it's the democratic operatives and Obama administration trying prevent States from requiring a photo id to help verify whether a is legally able to vote, and/or who one claims to be.
Similarly, why do you think democratic operative are always trying to suppress, "not count" or make it harder for the LEGAL overseas military votes? Military members tend to vote more for the republican candidates.
Politics as usual, only worse since Obama came to town.
