Reading through the various links the best I can tell is that he may have made a statement about overthrowing the government. The same type of hyperbole heard at Occupy camps. Were any of those arrested?
But read between the lines..... Big Brother is watching, all of us.

None of the pukes that spoke out against GWB were arrested either. They were even carrying signs that stated they wanted to kill GWB.

There is a difference of those against Bush and all the members past and present in the armed forces.
In US Criminal law, means, motive, and opportunity is a popular cultural summation of the three aspects of a crime needed to convince a jury of guilt in a criminal proceeding.
now we know the the marine vet has plenty of motive and as I am sure he is part of the working community he has means and we know how to make opportunity for our-self.
On the other hand these protesters that were in the occupie and anti bush. Lake the means as you will not be able to buy guns on food stamps or welfare. They are not motivated enough. And even though opportunity has been given to them all the time they are to dumb to realize it
