yeah, my thought though is wouldnt small little leased fields get crowded with people shooting and fighting over the same birds??

Morning hunting is great, but for the most part, when you shoot a field in the morning it is basically done for the season. You can shoot a field in the evenings, quit shooting in time for birds to come in and feed and get several evenings of shooting in a season if you spread out the days enough.

Rukiddin, the absolute best most awesome dove shoot I have ever seen in Tennessee was on a silage field that had been cut 1-1/2 months before the day we shot it. More birds than the governors shoot, this was about 20 years ago, I will never forget it.

More birds than the governors shoot, this was about 20 years ago, I will never forget it. One of the kids was shooting for the first time, he shot 16 boxes of shells and finally killed 7. I killed a limit the quickest I ever have and watched.
