I'm in bachelor mode for the next week, so decided to make a regular old Pepperoni Pizza. Made a dough, mixed up some pizza sauce with tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, oregano, basil and rosemary, and ran to the grocery and picked up some Boar's Head pepperoni and some mozzarella cheese. Fired up the grill to as hot as I could get it, put the pizza stone on the grates and fired the pizza for about 6 or 7 minutes.
I was tempted to order a pizza out, but decided to save the money. Since I had everything in the house but the pepperoni and cheese, I only spent $8 and made two pizzas.

It is a pizza stone not a cookie sheet. The pizza stone gives you soft heat from the bottom -basically protects the bottom of the crust while allowing the pizza itself to get blasted with high heat.

Poser why you using that sissy cookie sheet?
Great looking eats. I love man time at the house with the dog and without the squaw. Like it when she is here fine enough too.

That's a pizza stone, not a cookie sheet.

Poser, try a pizza stone next time and get rid of that cookie sheet—I promise you'll like it better.
Y'all are about to make me start shooting folks up in the cooking forum!
