Anyone ever used or thought about using a thermal image device or heat sensor to locate a coon in the tree? With the leaves on makes it tough to locate them. and den trees, i walk away wondering if the dog has anything. Most all of them are way too expensive to even consider, but i found a heat sensor on the net fairly cheap, says it will detect heat up to 300 yards or feet, cant remember. But either way if it would do that at least you would know whether the dog is wrong or not. What you all think?
