In Europe, that would be a real feat. Carp are revered there, much like our Largemouth Bass over here. I'm not sure where in Europe they eat carp but I do know it's a prized fish and they go to extreme measures to take care of their fish and release them unharmed.

I read somewhere that carp is the most consumed fresh water fish in the world. Many countries even cultivate them.
