I was thinking about going after some coyotes this weekend. Is it too warm to be calling them in?

Early morning or late evening would be your best bet. I've seen several while glassing for deer right at daybreak.

Yeah.. I don't really care about killing any fox but apparently there are plenty of them in smith and Wilson to allow for hunting them year around!!!

The answer is YES, but I still went. I made a couple stands in the morning, but no dice. The turkeys took off running in the opposite direction. It is best in Jan/Feb/March.

Went last Staurday and had one in my sights within 10 minutes of turning the call on. Second stand took 30 mintues and another dead yote. Great Day, two stands two dead yotes. Plan on going again in the morning.

Not at all. Watch for cut hay fields, they are a great ticket to them right now, pups are out of the dens now too. Pup in distress or fawn bleat. Tons of coyotes fall this time of year. Shows who's dedicated ;\)
