I caught a fish!!!

stik caught a fish!!!

The boys did good!



Josh's bonito and spanish..he pulled in a 6+ft shark,too



twig just had to have the biggest king

and whatever this is

stik shared the jack catch with me since he hooked up on my rod when I had to use the facilities.

Fantastic! I thought the kings were pretty much done earlier in the year. My next time down I'll have some pier time penciled in.

Nice fish!!!! I bet those Jacks were a hoot from the pier! I have caught them off the beach, and they really put up a fight. I am glad to know the kings and spanish are still in, I head down there in a week.

The "whatever this is" fish is called a "lookdown". I guess you can see where it gets its name.

Just a note for your next trip...Using that bonito as cut bait is fantastic for reds from the beach.
