The winter trout don't live long enough to be affected, water's not clear enough. And that's not the city's camera, it's the Harpeth River Watershed Association's camera. Removal is good, allows free flow of the river.

and then they start to disperse downstream. I am wondering how many will travel upstream this time. Also, I wonder if any spring-fed tributaries hold a few over the summer. I've heard of it from a friend who fishes the harpeth all the time. If the spring water is cold enough year-round I guess it's possible.

Maybe the smallmouth will get a few and get bigger?Maybe before the rockfish eat em,who knows.

The water's not that clear though... silt is the biggest single pollutant in the Harpeth.
