any one ever heard of the wahoo tree stand brand made in chattanooga tennessee . if so i would like some info on them , thanks

A guy has one for sale, best I can find there out of business, I had a stand like this back in the early 90's . It had a sling style seat ans u could face or face away from the tree , but there's very little info on them that I can find. chattanooga products. Was the company name .I think .

My buddy's dad use to be part owner of that company. It's been out of business for quite some time. The company was sold to another company in Michigan. I have a few of the apache loc ons. I think they might have taken on the name Pro Lobo or maybe just Lobo. Not sure though.

I had one. I hate to knock a local brand, and here comes the BUT: They were uncomfortable and heavy. My summit goliath is 10x the climber the wahoo brand was. In my humble honest opinion of coarse. I would steer clear of the brand.

I remember most all stand being heavy and not so comfortable. How I never broke my neck I will never know. And I love my summits.
