I have one of the cheaper wally-world 3D deer targets. I can hardly pull and arrow out of it from my crossbow. Does anyone have a recommendation for a brand of 3D target that is made for crossbows?

I don't know if you're already doing it or not, but rub a little paraffin or candle wax all over the front third or so of your arrow. That'll help a little.

I use a bag target when shooting my crossbow. I know its not a 3d, but the arrows were going completely through my 3d target.

Another couple of things that I've used are spray silicone or bar soap.
